  • Place of birth

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

• You are responsible for all activities performed through your account.

4. Astrology Disclaimer

• Astrology is a belief-based practice and results may vary.

• Predictions, advice, or remedies provided by astrologers are not guaranteed.

• Astro Srinath is not responsible for decisions taken by users based on consultations.

• We do not provide medical, legal, or financial advice.

5. Consultations (Call / Chat / Video Call)

• Consultations are provided by independent astrologers.

• Calls or video sessions are not recorded.

• Chat conversations may be stored for quality and support purposes.

• Any abusive, inappropriate, or illegal behavior may result in account suspension.

6. Payments & Transactions

• Some services and products are paid.

• All payments are processed via secure third-party payment gateways.

• We do not store card or payment details.

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

7. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Once a consultation is completed, no refund will be provided.

• Missed consultations due to user unavailability are non-refundable.

• Product-related refunds (if applicable) will be governed by the specific product policy.

• Products available in the shop are subject to availability.
